Junie B's Essential Survival Guide To School, Jr. - Friday Morning

School is back in session as Junie B. returns to Summer Stage in this brand-new goofy and heartwarming musical sequel! Based on Barbara Parks NY Times bestselling books, wise-cracking Junie B’s journey to first grade is one filled with excitement and essential lessons! This brand new, upbeat sequel will remind us all to believe we’re never too old, or young, to keep learning!

In collaboration with Kulture City, Upper Darby Summer Stage is proud to provide our community with a relaxed performance of Junie B. Jones Essential Survival Guide To School Jr! The relaxed performance accommodates and adjusts the live theatre environment for audience members with special needs.

Audience members can rely on brighter house lights, altered technical effects, and access to a sensory room for a quiet break at any time during the performance. Patrons are more than welcome to bring their fidgets, noise-canceling headphones, and any personal aid items to make the environment more comfortable. Summer Stage performers, staff, and ushers are eager to provide an engaging, welcoming, and accommodating experience!

Doors to the theater will open 30 minutes before the start of the show. The show will begin on time; please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the performance to allow time for entry and seating.

Free parking in the Upper Darby High School parking lot.
